Urgent Care Talent Solutions is recruiting experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for urgent care opportunities in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
We work with urgent care employers in the Broken Arrow market to connect qualified APPs with roles that fit their clinical experience, schedule preferences, compensation goals, and professional objectives.
Position Overview
In this role, you will evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of same-day healthcare needs, including acute illnesses, minor injuries, and common urgent care conditions. This opportunity is well suited for providers who enjoy a varied caseload, efficient clinical decision-making, and delivering accessible care in a growing community.
Responsibilities may include:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan
- Manage common urgent care illnesses and injuries
- Perform minor procedures, including suturing, splinting, wound care, and incision and drainage
- Order and interpret laboratory testing
- Perform an initial review of X-rays with radiologist over-read
- Develop appropriate treatment and follow-up plans
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, and ongoing care
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and operational leadership
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active state license or ability to obtain appropriate licensure
- Urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or other relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently within scope of practice
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- DOT certification is a plus for certain locations
Compensation
$67+ per hour, based on experience.
Compensation may vary based on the employer, location, schedule, and the provider's level of urgent care or emergency medicine experience.
Select opportunities may also offer additional earning potential through productivity incentives, extra shifts, or other compensation programs.
